Hey Sis, I just want you to know, I love you and I am very proud of you and all your accomplishments. I finally was able to read ALL of your book without crying or putting it down. It did, though, bring tears and smiles to me and my heart. Thank you for all of your hard work, your generosity, and your loyalness to our family. I love you very much, Reading Candy Kisses brought back alot of memory's good and bad, and I am grateful to you for that. Thanks and may you continue to express your feelings, thoughts, and wisdom. Hi Kat,
I am a friend of Peanut and I purchased your book "Candy Kisses" at Nicholls. I am so sorry for taking so long to make my comments. I read the book immediately after purchasing it and I have just finished reading it for the second time. What a beautiful book to share with families of those who have attempted and went through with suicide. My husband has a distant relative who commited suicide at 21 years old. I barely knew him, and yet have gone through some of the same emotions you went through with Candas. I recommend your book for anyone going through the same turmoil. What a great way to reach those in need. Thanks for helping especially the young people who have to deal with so much in this crazy world we live in.

I knew Candas from school, she was a very sweet and bright person. It is a very wonderful thing that yall are doing. Please don't ever let Candas's memory fade away. The death of Candas opened up my family's eyes, and for that I think her. May God aways bless her family.
